My Meal Plan (revised)

Im in a very high spirit today..First mestila sebab exam dah habis..and aku harap ni memang betul-betul habis nye..since sekarang ni takde plan lagi nak wat Master, so no more formal exam pasni..tak tau la kalau nanti dapat kerja government nak ambik PTK..(ade lagi ke benda nih??) selain habis exam, hidup aku 3 hari ni juga dipenuhi dengan aktiviti-aktiviti lagho seperti karok, lepak-ing, makan-makan, & family outing..waaa..Thanks to all my partner in crime, Boss, Ted, AJ, pejol O pejol plus 2 innocent girls yang always jadi mangsa buli..hahahahaha..pastu aku dapat lagi kata-kata motivasi from 1 of my ex-student in first aid class yang aku takkan lupa sebab dia ni je yang berani sepak kaki trainer (aku bagi gred bulan sabit kang..hahahahaha)..bak kate dia nih, semoga dapat menjalani sesi diet-mendiet dengan baik & jangan curi tulang..huhu..For me, part sesi diet yang baik tu no problem, I always come up with a good diet plan, and walaupun 1 fail, dengan pantasnya I come up with new 1..aku kan terer part diet planning nih..(Oh..Feel soooo good bila puji diri sendiri..^^)..tapi yang jangan curi tulang tu..err..hmm..i think…hahahahaha..

Neway, that’s what im going to write about today..A new, revised diet plan..Since yang aku buat dulu tu crash dengan macho nya, so I hope this one will show some improvement..The major changes yang aku buat is takde high low calorie day..semua constant for 7 days, and no more cheating day..tak main dah tipu-tipu nih, now is the time to get serious..Plan yang baru ni agak risky sebab what im doing is totally against the thing that I read (and write in previous post)..Constant calorie setiap hari will lead to reduce in metabolic rate & no cheating day will cause severe craving (or should I say withdrawal?) jadi lame-lame akan turunkan moral nak diet..but that the risk im willing to take & we’ll see the result in 2 weeks time..so, here is my new diet plan, every day for 1 week..
